ArctiCircle Alaskan Malamutes
Our Alaskan Malamute puppies are bred on a limited basis for temperament, health, and breed type. Our goal is to produce healthy, well rounded puppies that are wonderful pets and have the ability to be good working and show dogs. We are a small, family run, breeding program that typically has one litter a year, we spend the rest of the year competing here in Iowa as well as Wisconsin and Minnesota.

All of our Malamutes are titled in obedience or weight pulling and are OFA health tested for hips, heart, eyes, patella, and PN before being bred. Our Malamutes are show and working dogs but are first and foremost our pets. They live in our home and are often found sleeping on the couch or by our feet. Our puppies are raised in our home and are played with constantly by family members & friends of all ages. They are also introduced to puppy friendly dogs of all sizes. Our puppies are raised with the Superdog, and Avidog/Puppy Culture program.
We encourage prospective owners to research the breed to make sure it`s the right fit for their family. Malamutes are a strong, hard headed breed! Bringing a puppy home is a lifelong commitment, Alaskan Malamutes can live up to 15 years old. We carefully screen homes and only place our puppies with families who are willing to give them the love, attention, exercise, and training they need throughout their lifetime. We are dedicated to all of our puppies and adults, should they need to be rehomed they are REQUIRED to come back to us.
